Returns for Refund & Exchange

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be returned in a secure registered postal bag.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • If refunded for a product fault – The buyer will need to ship the item to the Paws Pet Wear warehouse in Perth WA, Please contact Paws Pet Wear info@pawspetwear.com.au for postal details.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • We require returned items for a refund or exchange to be posted in a secure postal bag – registered post. Original order number or order receipt needs to be included in the parcel being shipped.

Change of Size Replacement

  • If exchange is needed for a incorrect sizing – The buyer will need to ship the item to the Paws Pet Wear warehouse in Perth WA, Please contact Paws Pet Wear info@pawspetwear.com.au for postal details and new sizing conformation.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return and confirm the new sizing you wish to have sent out in its place. If change of pricing occurs in size changing, the overdue amount will need to be paid before new item will be shipped.
  • The postage for the returned item will be at then charge to the buyer. We require returned items for a refund or exchange to be posted in a secure postal bag – registered post. Original order number or order receipt needs to be included in the parcel being shipped.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
