Neck and chest measurements indicate minimum and maximum length the harness can be expanded to.
To measure the neck, measure your dog around their neck where you would generally place their collar.
To measure the chest, measure your dog around their chest just behind their forelegs.
*When measuring please note* - Your dogs head circumference needs to fit through the neck of the harness also as this is a pull on harness.
